We've previously reported on the incredible HB 4260 Bill, referred to as the "Man's Right to Know Act," which, in an effort to raise awareness of the unfair legal burdens placed on women's reproductive health, proposes several new measures to equalize the double standard. The bill includes fining men $100 for masturbating, requiring men take unnecesary rectal exams and mandatory waiting periods before allowing vasectomies or the receival of Viagra prescriptions.

"There are inconsistencies in their [GOP lawmakers'] argument about the sanctity of life," Democratic Representative Jessica Farrar told Mic. "If this is really about the sanctity of life, semen is a really important piece to that formula and we can't be wasting it, if that's the case. It should be used for what it was meant to be used for and that is to create life."
But now, it seems, the satirical bill is gaining substantial legal traction. The bill has moved on to the State Affairs Committee after a reading in the House. Of the proposed legislation, Farrar also said:
