"You're marching, we're driving," promises Grindr, who announced today they'll be organizing an entire fleet of buses from NYC to Washington D.C.'s March for Equality on Sunday, June 11.
Dubbed the Pride Ride, the hook-up app's initiative will offer "an inclusive, easily accessible and cheap way" to rally for LGBTQ rights this month. "Jump on, make new friends and make your voice heard," they write.
To get the word out, Grindr has partnered with activist/writer Adam Eli and illustrator Rooney as the official Pride Ride ambassadors.
They'll be collecting $5 payments for rides with all proceeds benefitting the National Center for Transgender Equality, "the nation's leading social justice advocacy organization winning life-saving change for transgender people," according to their site.
