Not everyone can be a cool mom. Unlike Amy Poehler's Mrs. George in Mean Girls, the moms who make up the erroneously named One Million Moms are not cool moms. In fact, the 50,000-strong mom group are actually pretty awful people. This isn't exactly surprising given that their group is an offshoot of the American Family Association, which is a noted extremist group that targets the LGBTQ community.

This week, the irate moms took aim at the Disney Junior show Doc McStuffins and their vile, earth-shattering decision to feature a lesbian couple (voiced fabulously by Wanda Sykes & Portia de Rossi) and their two children in a recent episode. On the episode, which aired August 5th, one mom and one of the children are separated from the other mom and other child during an earthquake, but "reunite in the end with a family hug." Horrifying, right?
The mom mafia's statement on the morally decrepit decision places the blame for the lesbian moms squarely on the shoulders of Doc McStuffins creator and executive producer Chris Lee, who happens to also be one of those evil lesbians.
According to One Million Moms, "Controversial topics and lifestyle choices should be left up to the parents to discuss and Disney Junior should not introduce this to young children. Just because an issue may be legal or because some are choosing a lifestyle doesn't make it morally correct. Disney should stick to entertaining and providing family-friendly programming instead of pushing an agenda."
We're not sure how well their bigoted agenda will pan out with Doc McStuffins but, given how many other things they've been angry at over the years, we wouldn't place bets on the hate group getting their way on this one.
