Russell Tovey Is Engaged to Rugby Player Steve Brockman

Looking actor Russell Tovey has just announced a suprise engagement to his boyfriend, professional rugby player Steve Brockman.

To the Daily Mail,Tovey said the proposal was "completely unexpected but [that he's] very very happy and looking forward to having a proper party to celebrate when back in London."

The pair have been dating since at least last summer, when Brockman, who is also a personal trainer, posted this:

Tovey most recently starred in the ABC series Quantico and The CW series The Ray.
