Maybe the Queen was just as salty as the protesting Londoners.
Queen Elizabeth II met Donald Trump at Windsor Castle last week. While most of the focus was on Trump and his reaction to people in London to protest his visit to the UK, there may have been a secret meaning in the Queen's ensemble, especially her brooches, reports Refinery29.
As R29 mentioned, one Twitter user noticed that the Queen may have been protesting against Trump in her own subtle, sartorial way. User @SamaruiKnitter realized the significance of the Queen's brooches and noticed the ones she wore during Trump's visit.

The first day of Trump's visit, HRH wore a brooch that was gifted to her by the Obamas. Next, she accessorized with the Sapphire Jubilee Brooch, which is a gift from Canada (they're not the biggest fans of Trump either). On the last day, the Queen accentuated her outfit with the brooch her mother wore to her father's funeral. The suit she wore with the funeral brooch is also the same one she wore to Parliament after Brexit, which @SamaruiKnitter called the Queen's "Official Outfit of Don't Wanna."
Of course, this is all speculation, but it would be great to know if the Queen of England was protesting and trolling Trump in a royal way. For more, head to R29.
