A massage therapist has sued Kevin Spacey for sexual battery, citing an assault that allegedly occurred in October 2016. Spacey's accuser is pursuing damages for sexual battery, gender violence, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.

The therapist, who has chosen to remain anonymous, alleges that he was hired to see Spacey at the actor's home in Malibu. Spacey allegedly grabbed the man's genitals and tried to kiss him, repeatedly forcing the other man's hand onto his own genitals (he complained of "having some pain or discomfort in his groin area.") While the massage therapist claims he repeatedly tried to leave the locked room, Spacey allegedly blocked the door "with his naked body." The man eventually reported the assault to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Earlier this month, another of the sexual assault cases Spacey is embroiled in was dismissed because the statute of limitations had passed. Several other cases are still pending.
