A Crunch Fitness location in West Hollywood, California has closed its steam room following a report of "inappropriate conduct."

According to WeHo Times, a sign has been reportedly posted in the men's locker room in late January. The sign reads:
"Attention Members: The steam room in the men’s locker room is temporarily closed. This is due to inappropriate conduct by members. Reopening is under review and will be determined the week of January 27, 2025."
It's unclear how Crunch Fitness will be able to "review" whether or not the steam room should be reopened, though this isn't the first time the location has resorted to such drastic measures.
The gym reportedly posted a similar sign that went viral back in 2022, urging members to engage in sexual activity "literally anywhere else."
“ATTENTION MEMBERS," that previous sign read. "Please DO NOT HAVE SEX in the Men's Locker Room! You can have sex literally anywhere else, just not at Crunch Fitness. Otherwise, your membership will be immediately revoked. Please keep this a safe space for all Crunchers."
