Disney gays, your time is now!

The happiest place on earth is about to become the gayest place on earth.

Disneyland’s after-hours special events promotion, Disneyland After Dark, is making a major new change today, announcing that it will host its first-ever Pride celebrations this June.

Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite is set to be held on June 13 and 15 and will feature events, special menu items, merchandise themed for celebrating the LGBTQ+ community. It includes after-hours park access, photo opportunities, Disney characters, themed entertainment, and begins with a three hour pre-party mix-in.

After regular park hours end at 9pm, guests will be able to party and ride some rides at Disneyland until 1am. There will also be a Pride Nite Cavalcade on Main Street featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald and Daisy Duck, Goofy, and Clarabelle in specially designed Pride outfits.

Other special events include the Ohana Dance Party at Tomorrowland Terrace featuring Stitch, Pride Nite Dance Club along the Rivers of America, country line dancing at the Golden Horseshoe, photo backdrops featuring Disney characters and inspirational messages, and riding the Haunted Mansions, Indiana Jones Adventure, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

There will also be special snacks created for the event, including a Chocolate Almond Churro, Spiced Beef Potato Loaded Bites, Berry Cheesecake Funnel Cake, and Grapefruit Lemonade Soda.

At 9am PT today (April 18), a limited number of pre-sale tickets go on sale for Magic Key holders, and they open for the general public at 9am PT on April 20.
