Stream the trans Chicago-based producer's powerful 30-minute soundtrack.
Chicago-based producer Ariel Zetina makes music that reflects on the trans experience, aiming to recontextualize the club environment and address binaries that exist between genres. She recently released her debut CYST EP, which features an addictive highlight, "Addy," with underground rapper London Jade, and executive produced Chicago drag star Imp Queen's Magenta Agenda EP. Between regularly spinning at Chicago bars Berlin, Smartbar and Exit, Zetina created for OUT an exclusive new Pride mix.

Titled Out in the World, But Her Eyes Surf the Web, Zetina's 30-minute mix launches with words from trans activist Sylvia Rivera--a chief veteran of the 1969 Stonewall uprising--and ends with poet Linda LaBeija. "I was trying to do an example of what I'm going to play this weekend, but the words from [Rivera] steered me in a slightly different direction," Zetina told OUT. "There are some of my originals in here, including a Valentina edit (I'm #TEAMSHEA)." Listen, below:
