1martinanavratilova

(1994) In April 2010, Martina Navratilova announced that she was being treated for breast cancer, which she was diagnosed with earlier in the year. She received radiation in May of 2010 and in December she attempted a climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.

2johncameronmitchell

(2006) With the success of his indie films Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Shortbus, John Cameron Mitchell went on to direct 2010's Rabbit Hole starring Nicole Kidman, which earned her an Oscar nod. Mitchell is also developing Neil Gaiman's short story "How to Talk to Girls at Parties" for the screen.

(2002) Since his best-selling book Running with Scissors was published in 2002, Augusten Burroughs has written another best-selling memoir about his dealing with alcoholism, two collections of essays/short stories, a memoir about his father, and collection of Christmas stories. He has spent much of 2011 conducting workshops for at-risk youth and speaking at recovery centers.

(2002) Rosie O'Donnell officially left her popular Sirius XM show in the summer of 2011, and began a new live talk show, The Rosie Show, on Oprah's OWN Network in the fall. The show is filmed in the legendary HARPO studios, former home to the late Oprah Winfrey Show, in Chicago.

(2003) Billy Bean currently sells real estate in Miama Florida, where he lives, after being drafted by the firm Douglas Elliman to help launch its Sports and Entertainment division. In 2009 he was seen on an episode of Kathy Griffin's My Life on the D-List showing homes to Kathy.

6cynthianixon

(2005) Cynthia Nixon and her fiancee Christine Marinoni gave birth to their son on February 7th, 2011. She also appeared in the HBO movie Too Big to Fail about the banking crisis in America; and in several episodes of Showtime's The Big C. She's also co-starring in Oren Moverman's new film, Rampart, with Ben Foster, Woody Harrelson, and Sigourney Weaver.

7jenniferhudson

(2009) Jennifer Hudson recently released her second studio album I Remember Me in March 2011 which debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. She is starring later this year with Terrence Howard in the controversial biopic Winnie, and will be a guest mentor on a new musical competition Majors & Minors, which features 12 contestants between the ages of 10 and 16 vying for a record deal.
