Homophobic MAGA Marchers Chant 'Shame' at Trump-Supporting Drag Queen

They also called for the destruction of the Republican party.

The Proud Boys, a hate filled organization that has been labeled anti-Muslim, misogynistic, and homophobic, rallied again in Washington D.C. on Saturday for the second iteration of their Million MAGA March. The first fell woefully short of their goals and ended up being a bit of a mangled, homophobic mess. The second was not far behind with police and anti-protestor clashes, as well as infighting among the conservatives.

Slated to begin at noon, the event started at Freedom Plaza. Throughout the event, things like the Trump Unity Bridge -- which has been spotted in connection with a series of Straight Pride events -- as well as large processions of Proud Boys were seen. A few of the Proud Boys wore yellow and black plaid kilts and painted their butts in an attempt to "own" Antifa.

After seeing the display online, the maker of the kilts disavowed the event on Twitter.

"Disgusted to see members of 'Proud Boys' a fascist terrorist [organization] wearing our products," they wrote. "We're LGBTQIA+ owned, operated, designed, and lived. We're against everything they stand for. i see $750 of our gear in the picture. I just gave $1,000 to the NAACP to redirect hate to love." The march was quite the scene, with a contingent of it led by Nick Fuentes.

"In the first Million MAGA march, we promised that if the GOP did not do everything within their power to keep Trump in office then we would destroy the GOP," Fuentes said on a megaphone at the event. It should be noted that across the country various Republican operatives have been attempting to halt or even overturn Joe Biden's decisive presidental victory, but they've mostly been laughed out of court, making no real headway. "As we gather here in Washington D.C. for a second MAGA March, we're done making promises. It has to happen now: We are going to destroy the GOP."

Those assembled yelled in agreement and began to chant "Destroy the GOP." But that wasn't all of the infighting.

Elsewhere at the rally, Lady Maga, a Trump-supporting drag performer, became the subject of ire. According to social media reports, as the performer spoke on a megaphone, MAGA supporters -- many of whom are in Fuentes' "groyper" movement, that has been described as "a loose network of alt right figures who are vocal supporters of white [supremacy]" by the Anti Defamation League -- began to chant "Shame! Shame! Shame!" The performer is a part of the Walk Away Movement of former Democrats (many of whom identify as LGBTQ+) who have left the party to become Republicans.

"I am a proud patriot, constitutionalist, and a free American standing up for my country," Lady Maga tweeted in response to the coverage. Jon Miller, who tweeted the video, called the performer "transgender" in his tweet. "[Jon Miller,] you're funny. I'm a happy theatrical man. Dictionaries are helpful.

"These people (especially "Tiny Tim [Nick Fuentes]) are just sad," Lady Maga, the drag persona of Ryan Woods, continued. "So sad." Some of Lady Maga's supporters have rebuked the chanters, saying Fuentes "and his followers need to be disavowed from MAGA and America First so they don't infect their cancer on and tarnish our inclusive movement." The MAGA movement has shown itself to be homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, and racist not only in en masse action but also in public policy enacted by Republican politicians over the past four years.

Fuentes suggested over the weekend that he had a private meeting with Trump but the White House denied that saying he was on a White House Christmas tour which is available to the general public.

Those in attendance at the event were mostly maskless. Trump has almost no chance of finding a legal path to staying in power as president currently.

As this was going on, Trump took a Marine One flight to a football game at West Point.
