It's official: the grand finale of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 9 features a special appearance from U.S Vice President Kamala Harris, who is now the frontrunner to step in for President Joe Biden as he exits the presidential race.
Harris kicks off the All Stars 9 finale with a segment encouraging Drag Race fans to make their voices heard and cast their vote in the 2024 elections. For this segment, the Vice President is joined by Michelle Visage, Jamal Sims, Lance Bass, Leslie Jones, and Cheyenne Jackson.
Harris' message featured on the All Stars 9 finale is as follows:
"Hi, everyone. It's Kamala Harris! Each day, we're seeing our rights and freedoms under attack, including the right of everyone to be who they are, love who they love, openly and with pride. So, as we fight back against these attacks, let's all remember: no one is alone. We are all in this together, and your vote is your power. So please make sure your voice is heard this November and register to vote at vote.gov."
Cheyenne Jackson asks, "Can I get an amen?"
The entire group shouts out "amen!" in response. "Now on with the show," Harris adds.
Leslie Jones concludes the segment by saying, "And remember: you better vote!"
This week, the "Grand Finale Variety Extravaganza: Part 2" features the all of the queens hitting the main stage for an iconic Variety Extravaganza! The winner of this challenge will win three badges, but a voting twist could still change everything when it comes to this competition.
In the end, one queen will be crowned the All Stars 9 champion — and we can't wait to see how this turns out!
New episodes of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 9 are streaming every Friday on Paramount+.
