The actor knows how to let it all hang out.
All the chatter at the moment is how great (and menacing) Michael Fassbender is playing the Apple guru in Steve Jobs.
But look at his, er, Macbeth!
Director Justin Kerzel's new vision for the Shakesperean tragedy has Fassbender as the doomed Scottish king also includes Marion Cotillard as a stunning Lady Macbeth.
In a new featurette, Fassbender explains
"Each day when I finished work I was like, 'God, there's 1,000 other ways to do that scene.' It's never ending. It's kind of depressing. And it's so uplifting as well at the same time. And I think that's why it's still around... This idea that [Macbeth is] suffering heavily from post-traumatic stress disorder was something that never occurred to me, until Justin said it to me, and then I was like, 'Of course, this is, like, everything.' "
But we can see so many reasons we want to watch this guy on screen.
Macbeth will be in theaters Dec. 4. Watch the featurette below:
