Watch: HBO First Look: The Danish Girl

Before The Danish Girl opens in theaters November 27, HBO is going behind-the-scenes of the highly anticipated new movie about the trans pioneer Lili Elbe in the new special HBO First Look: The Danish Girl.

The exclusive feature takes an extended behind-the-scenes look at how director Tom Hooper helped bring the story to the big screen and includes interviews with Hooper and stars Eddie Redmayne and Alicia Vikander. Here's a sneak peek of how Eddie Redmayne transformed himself in The Danish Girl: becoming Einar Wegener / Lili Elbe.
