Reid Ewing, best known for his role as Sarah Hyland's hapless boyfriend Dylan on Modern Family, recently revealed his struggles with body dysmorphic disorder and addicition to plastic surgery in an essay for The Huffington Post. Over the weekend, Ewing tweeted about a story on BDD that Good Morning America ran a few years ago, more or less outing himself:
