James Wright Chanel Had the Best Thanksgiving in History

You know James Wright Chanel, right? That queen who snatched the internet bald for a hot minute a few weeks ago with his glowing review of Patti LaBelle's sweet potato pie? Well, the diva, always grateful for a favor and/or a few extra zeroes at the end of her bank account, invited Wright to her Thanksgiving table and it put whatever the Pilgrims did to goddamn shame.

I mean, first of all, getting invited to Patti LaBelle's house for anything is already grounds for most people to just retire from life. Why not go out on top? But getting invited to Lady Marmalade's for Thanksgiving? Anyone who has ever seen Patti's cooking show--and that should be everyone--knows that Miss Patti does not mess around in the kitchen.

But before Wright could indulge in the shrimp and lobster mac and cheese, he and Miss Patti had to scream in each other's faces, as one is wont to do on Thanksgiving.

As if dueting with Patti LaBelle wasn't enough, Turkey Day also fell on James's birthday, and nothing says "happy birthday" like a luxury leather good.

C'mon, Patti! Patttiiiiiii!!!! Ugh, there's nothing like old school diva love. Because Beyonce's not inviting anyone over to her house for dinner and throwing a Louis duffel in their face any time soon. Not on Blue Ivy's watch.
