‘Britney: Piece of Me’ Voted ‘Best Overall Show’

Britney Spears' headliningresidency show at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino is gaining even more praise! Readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal just voted the performance "Best Overall Show" and "Best Bachelorette Party," further solidifying Britney as a true Sin City entertainment icon.

Over the months, 'Piece of Me' has gained critical acclaim. "The girl still knows how to put on a show," said Mark Gray of People magazine. Courtney Subramanian of Time agreed: "Britney Spears' return to the stage...was nothing short of a spectacle."

What's so special about 'Piece of Me?' Britney performs a compilation of more than 20 hits, including crowd (and Billboard) favorites like "Baby One More Time," "Oops I Did It Again," "Toxic," "Circus," among many others. The show features a four-piece band, 14 dancers, elaborate sets, unforgettable costumes, and one of the largest indoor video and projection installations...in the world.

Laura Hertzfeld of Entertainment Weekly put it perfectly: "You can say a lot of things about Britney Spears -- but you can't say she doesn't work, b**ch ... Pulling off a 90-minute, 23-song tour de force...You're going to want to make the trip to Vegas over the course of her two-year stint."

Considering The AXIS theater -- where Britney performs -- is also partly a nightclub, it's no surprise the dance floor and exclusive table service landed the event the title of "Best Bachelorette Party." It's a perfect night for the bride-to-be to cut loose.
