In the caption, the actor and model encouraged others to undergo a 100-day regimen of fitness, which he himself underwent in order to achieve the perfect bum. And he wants others to do the same and post their own naked selfies on Instagram. Who will join the challenge?

The #100DaysOfFitness challenge may be behind me now but the journey continues. It's incredible how the human body responds and transforms to even just 100 days of a consistent diet and exercise program.
