The episode titled, "Mulder and Scully Meet the Were-Monster" was filmed last year in Vancouver. In an interview with NewNowNext, Shangela talks about working with the set and crew of the Fox mini-series.
"I remember watching the show as a teenager I never imagined I'd one day be working on it," Shangela said. "It was fun playing [my character] Annabelle. I think writers are taking more chances with characters on TV, and that means more opportunities for diverse actors. To that I say 'Halleloo!'"
In the promo below Shangela can be seen serving some screaming fish realness.
The X-Files airs Monday, February 1 at 8PM ET on Fox.
