Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds Go Into Orbit in First Life Trailer
Does anything good ever happen in space?
Just in case you didn't already have a distorted view of what scientists look like and thought Matt Damon and Sebastian Stan set the bar for hot astronauts (thanks, The Martian), Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds are ready to be the next pair of too-pretty space-walkers in Life.
The first trailer for the space thriller gives us a glimpse of the first discovery of life beyond Earth. Of course whatever the six-person crew cultivated in that petri dish is evil and terrifying and ready to wreak havoc aboard the space station. Watch below to hear Ryan Reynolds say, "I'm a daddy," and Jake Gyllenhaal make strained, dramatic eye contact with said daddy. Life releases Memorial Day 2017.
