In NBC's latest attempt to bring Broadway to the small screen, they're reviving one of our favorite musical classics. Hairspray Live! boasts an all-star cast and even brings Harvey Fierstein back to fill Edna Turnblad's house slippers.

The latest promo warmly welcomes us to the '60s. It shows Tracy, Edna, and the Dynamites as they tear up Baltimore. We also get to see Motormouth Maybelle and the Nicest Kids in Town dominate The Corny Collins Show. There's even a little bit of Divine in Fierstein's Edna thanks to an uncanny wig styling.

Hairspray Live! premieres Wednesday, December 7 at 8/7c on NBC. Watch the promo below:
