Taraji P. Henson Thought Coldplay Was Maroon 5

If you have a television, or at least access to the internet, chances are you've seen the Super Bowl 50 halftime show. You know, the one with Beyonce, Bruno Mars, and that other guy.

Ok, it was Chris Martin and Coldplay, but not everyone was clued into the fact, particularly some of the people in the upper box seats. Even more particularly Taraji. P. Henson. In one of the best pop culture moments to come out of last night's game, Henson, after consulting with her friends in her suite, expressed how excited she was to see Maroon 5 performing at the halftime show. When the pushback began Henson reasonably thought it was because she hadn't mentioned Bey's appearance yet, only to realize afterward that Chris Martin is not Adam Levine.

ET caught up with Henson shortly after the fumble (sorry) and she explained the accident. Though, to be fair, Coldplay was probably the least memorable part of the show. Watch below.
