Lady Gaga really outdid herself at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards. The Oscar-nominated, Golden Globe-winning singer paid tribute to the late David Bowie, sporting a carot-colored hairdo reminiscent of Bowie's Ziggy Stardust era.
Gaga's electric blue coat-dress was custom-made by Marc Jacobs, using satin, lace, and embroidered with multi-colored sequins. The coat also features decorative metallic elements by Maison Lesage, which recall some of Bowie's stage outfits designed by Kansai Yamamoto.
And the platform stilettos are a direct nod to Bowie, who often wore towering platforms while performing on stage. We should have known something was up when Gaga revealed her latest tattoo on Valentine's Day.
