#TBT: When Kate McKinnon Played a British Boy Who Wanted a Vagina

Kate McKinnon

Before becoming the first out cast member on SNL, she originated the funniest queer character in sketch comedy.

Kate McKinnon may be one of the funniest ladies in comedy. Her Saturday Night Live presence alone is worth tuning in every weekend. But before she became the first out cast member on the show, she was in another sketch comedy on Logo, The Big Gay Sketch Show.

Anyone who watched would remember McKinnon's most hilarious role. She played a little British boy named Fitzwilliam who desperately wanted a vagina. With his stuffed unicorn, Trixie, he went to great lengths to achieve his goal.

In this particular episode, Fitzwilliam enrolls in Hogwarts to turn his "that which must not be named" into "that which he's always wanted since he was a little boy." With Stephen Guarino as Harry and Nicol Paone as Hermoine, Jonny McGovern also makes an impeccable appearance as Professor Snape.
