A former bodyguard has accused the singer of 'unwelcome touching' on multiple occasions.
In the latest celebrity legal news, Elton John's former bodyguard, Jeffrey Wenninger, is suing the singer for sexual harassment.
Wenninger alleges John inappropriately fondled him on multiple occasions.
According to The Wrap, the suit alleges John attemped to touch the plaintiff's genitals and used phrases like "Get your todger out" and "Say hello to Uncle Elton."
Wenninger's suit also claims that John tried to "force his fingers between Plaintiff's buttock cheeks" during a car ride in March 2014.
Elton John's U.S. attorney, Orin Snyder, has since released a statement to The Wrapregarding Wenninger's claims. Snyder calls the allegations "baseless" and "patently untrue." Snyder insinuated that Wenninger is only "seeking to extract an undeserved payment."
According to the claim, Wenninger suffered countless issues following Elton John's alleged harassment, including "mental and emotional injuries, pain, distress, suffering, anguish, fright, nervousness, grief, anxiety, worry, shame, mortification, injured feelings, shock, humiliation, and indignity."
The plaintiff is seeking unspecifed damages.
