Gwen Stefani has scored her first-ever solo #1 album with "This Is What the Truth Feels Like," selling 76,000 copies without even being released on Spotfiy, as the New York Timesreports.

But Gwen may have even bigger news. The Voice judge abruptly posted a picture of a sonogram on her Instagram, captioning it "It's a girl".
