First Look: Ellen Page and Evan Rachel Wood Star in Into the Forest
The film is about two sisters fighting to survive in a post-apocalyptic world.
Out100 alumnae, Evan Rachel Wood and Ellen Page have teamed up for their newest film, Into the Forest. Based on the novel by Jean Heglund, the movie follows two sisters as they fight to survive in a post-apocalyptic world after a blackout takes over North America. The power outage isn't their only problem when they learn of the violent nature that people have come to embrace.
Written and directed by Patricia Rozema, Into the Forest also stars Max Minghella, Callum Keith Rennie, Michael Eklund, and Wendy Crewson. It premieres June 23 on DirecTV and July 29 in theaters.
