Watch: Ariana Grande’s Snapchat Horror Movie
What would happen in today's world if faces could truly "get stuck that way?" Sure, we'd have airbrushed models walking around, but if you couldn't time when and where it would happen we could have a lot more.
That's the premise of Ariana Grande's spoof horror movie trailer from her appearance on Jimmy Kimmel last night. The budding pop princess uses the puppy face filter on Snapchat so much that the nose, ears, and lolling tongue become permanent.
Actually it was all just shtick to promote her new album, Dangerous Woman, which released today. The album is a strong show for Grande, following up her previous My Everything that churned out radio hit after radio hit. Featuring collaborations you'd expect (Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne) and some that come straight out of left field (Macy Grey), DW further cements Grande's place in today's pop landscape.
Though Grande treated fans to some of the strongest tracks prior to the albums entire release ("Be Alright," "Into You) she saved some of the best for last. Her latest partnering with Nicki Minaj, "Side to Side," "Greedy," and "Bad Decisions" all have single potential, and the album will provide us with some of the best bops of the summer.
Dangerous Woman is available now.
