It's hard to imagine drag superstar and queen of all things gay RuPaul Charles as anything but. In 1984, he was just a fresh-faced kid with big dreams. He was the biggest performer in Atlanta and had recently moved to New York to take on the world. Having lunch with Madonna and meeting with record labels was just the beginning.
In this video, he talks about his dreams to spread his message. That message is one of the loudest and most positive messages in the LGBT community today. It's an inspiring short clip for any young queer person who might be unsure about what the world holds.
