Anna Wintour Rumored to Make a Cameo in Ocean's Eight Comedy

Vogue's resident Ice Queen Anna Wintour is reported to make an appearance in the forthcoming Ocean's Eight comedy during a recreation of the editor's annual Met Gala.

Page Six reports that George Clooney's female-led Ocean's Eleven spin-off staged the glitzy Costume Institute event with careful attention to detail, casting VIP guests, designing place cards with celebrity names and bringing in couture gowns, "like Gucci and Valentino."

Ocean's Eight filming took place in the Met Museum's Temple of Dendur, where designers Alexander Wang and Zac Posen, as well as fashion editors Derek Blasberg and Lauren Santo Domingo all shot scenes. Wintour's role in the mock Met Gala has yet to be filmed, according to Page Six's insider, who also revealed Cartier was on set to dress the cast.
