Colin Farrell Shares Embarrassing Manscaping Story with Ellen
Ellen DeGeneres has a gift for getting celebrities to open up about little embarrassing stories from their past (or helping them make new ones).
While promoting his new film, The Beguiled, Colin Farrell was offered a chance by Ellen to earn up to $10,000 for a charity of his choice if he told a sufficiently embarrassing story in her segment called "Celebrity Confessions."
Of course, Farrell had a story at the ready about his nude scenes in Joel Schumacher's Tigerland. Before he went to shoot his scene he approached Schumacher in a bathrobe and flashes his "retro bush." Unfortunately his nerves got the best of him after he borrowed a beard trimmer from hair and makeup (TBD whether they reused said beard trimmer) and he ended up with a pinky-width landing strip.
Farrell's film, The Beguiled (which also stars Nicole Kidman, Kirsten Dunst, and Elle Fanning) opens June 23 and sees Farrell playing a recovering Union soldier at a girl's school in Virginia during the American Civil War. But being sheltered from the outside world and the war causes sexual tension, intrigue, rivalries, and a dramatic turn. Watch the trailer, below.
