Miley Cyrus Gets Choked Up During 'Malibu' at Billboard Awards

Miley Cyrus brought her new single to the 2017 Billboard Music Awards, and while her hat may not have been pink, it definitely triggered our Joanne-related anxiety. A heartfelt country reinvention is fun for a minute, but kind of boring the longer it goes on. There's a fun bit at the end of the performance where balloons drop over the audience, and Cyrus sounds better than ever. There's also a tearful moment at the end where Cyrus gets choked up and it's honestly kind of touching.
