Here's Our Dream Cast For the New Rihanna-Lupita Buddy Heist Film

Our Internet prayers have been answered: after this meme went viral, speculating how incredible it would be for Rihanna and Lupita Nyong'o to star in a buddy heist action film, the film will actually happen:

Netflix beat out several other bidders in an aggressive battle over who would obtain rights to the film at the Cannes Film Festival, Entertainment Weekly reports. And the good news doesn't stop there: Ava DuVernay has been tapped to directed, and Insecure's Issa Rae is already working on a script.

The original meme already casts Rihanna as a gritty master thief and Lupita as a genius hacker--there's no word yet if Rae is sticking to the original concept or taking things in a new direction. But with so much incredible talent already attached, we couldn't help but hypothesize our dream cast for a movie of this nature.
