Did anyone else know there's an original musical movie in the works about the formation of the greatest circus troupe in history and its creator, P. T. Barnum? Well, there is, and the most important daddy himself, Hugh "Dad" Jackman, is playing the central role.
But that's not all the good news: Other cast members include Zac Efron, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson and Zendaya. Efron appears to be playing the troupe's token dapper gentleman, Williams as Barnum's wife, and Zendaya a trapeze artist with a secret.
Don't freak out, but there's more: original music has been composed by La La Land and Dear Evan Hansen's Benj Pasek and Justin Paul. The movie is directed by Michael Gracey and it's coming out on Christmas Day, so you and your entire family should dress up in flapper dresses and go see it together--grandpa, too.
