A woman, who broke her leg, is seeking $75k.
Sounds like one Gwen Stefani fan isn't afraid to pick a bone with her hero: the former No Doubt singer is getting sued by a concertgoer who broke her leg after Stefani told the audience to come closer to the stage.
The concert in question was a July 2016 event at Charlotte, NC's PNC Music Pavilion. According to the lawsuit, Stefani said, "Just fill in anywhere you like," and the plaintiff broke her leg because of the rush.
The fan is now seeking $75k from Stefani and Live Nation, who she argues "[failed] to properly supervise Stefani... so as to prevent her from engaging in her negligent acts that resulted in the stampede rush."
As of yet, neither Stefani nor Live Nation has commented on the claim. You can read the full lawsuit, below, courtesy of Pitchfork.
