A young photographer claims Ansari violated her during a date last year.

In an article published last night by Babe, a 23-year-old Brooklyn photographer accused Master of None star Aziz Ansari of sexual assault. The photographer, given the pseudonym Grace to protect her identity, claims that early last year Ansari made unwanted sexual advances while the two were on a date.

After meeting Ansari at the 2017 Emmy Awards, Ansari took the young photographer on a date in New York City that ended at his apartment. Grace describes an uncomfortable atmosphere of aggressive sexuality that left her with no idea how to express that she did not want to have sex with the actor.

"When Ansari told her he was going to grab a condom within minutes of their first kiss, Grace voiced her hesitation explicitly. 'I said something like, "Whoa, let's relax for a sec, let's chill."' She says he then resumed kissing her, briefly performed oral sex on her, and asked her to do the same thing to him. She did, but not for long. 'It was really quick. Everything was pretty much touched and done within ten minutes of hooking up, except for actual sex.'"

The photographer describes how Ansari repeatedly forced his fingers into her mouth, pressured her into performing oral sex.

Grace told Babe that she was "stunned and shocked. This was not what I expected. I'd seen some of his shows and read excerpts from his book and I was not expecting a bad night at all, much less a violating night and a painful one." With the help of a few friends, she composed a text to Ansari making it clear that he had violated her.

Ansari has not commented on the allegations.
