Haus Beauty is looking closer to reality.
Lady Gaga has a lot going on this year. The artist just kicked off Enigma, her two-year Las Vegas residency, and she's a shoe-in for recognition during awards season with her flawless performance in A Star Is Born. What else could she possibly make time for right now?
Apparently, the multi-hyphenate might soon be adding "beauty icon" to her long list of accolades. Following the likes of celeb beauty entrepreneurs like Rihanna and Kylie Jenner, Gaga was rumored earlier in 2018 to be starting a cosmetic line when fans noticed her company, Ate My Heart Inc, filed a trademark for "Haus Beauty." The trademark application included foundations, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, eyeliner, eye shadow, perfume, facial cleansers, toner, scrubs, moisturizer, hand cream, masks, highlighter, bronzer, body oil, face wipes, sunscreen, self-tanner, and nail polish, amongst other things.
Fans have recently noticed that the website HausBeauty.com has gone live. The site is currently vacant, except for a field to subscribe to their email list. So, I of course entered my email address in anticipation for the sickening beauty empire that's sure to rise from this URL.
Gaga is no stranger to the beauty game, having turned some of the boldest looks of our time. From her Artpop-era painted face to her RuPaul-inspired Vogue cover, there's so much inspiration to pull from. And with her Fame perfume and role as the face of MAC's Viva Glam campaign, she's built a bit of experience in the beauty industry.
Go ahead and put us down for one of everything in the Haus Beauty catalogue... and two of the "fragranced boy care preparations."
