Power 50: Dan Savage

Never one to keep his opinions to himself, Savage has been a guest pundit on innumerable political talk shows and has been giving advice for nearly 25 years in his column, Savage Love, which has also taken on life as a podcast. The Real O'Neals, which debuted in March, and which Savage executive produces, is loosely based on his life growing up in Chicago. He and the show are the target of Christian activists who say it portrays Catholics in a poor light.
