"I already couldn't have loved you more..."
Tom Daley is having a great week. On Saturday, the gay swimmer earned gold in the 10m platform final at the World Aquatics Championships in Budapest. Daley earned a 590.95, beating Olympic gold medal winner Chen Aisen of China.
This victory is a turnaround for the British diver. Missing out on the gold in the event in Rio, Daley was eliminated in the semi-finals.

Daley reflected on his victory in an interview with the BBC. "It's been such a tough year getting over that competition in Rio," Daley admitted. "I'm just so happy with the way it turned out. My score was a personal best and I think it would have got the gold last year at the Olympics."
Daley's husband Dustin Lance Black was equally enthusiastic about Daley's victory. The Milk screenwriter took to Instagram to share his joy, posting a photo of Daley on the winner's dais, and captioned it, "I already couldn't have loved you more or been prouder so I'll just go full Texan and say Holy Cow! My husband is World Champion! Now let's go honeymoon. I love u @tomdaley1994!!
Daley and Black married in May at Bovey Castle in Devon, England.
