MikMak
Remember the Home Shopping Network? Well, it never looked this good. Created by Forbes' "30 Under 30" digi-wiz Rachel Tipograph, MikMak revamps shoppable infomercials into 30-second "minimercials" that bring a humorous, slightly NSFW voice to the millennial shopper looking to buy a new gadget or accessory on their iPhone. Beta users describe the app as the "SNL and Broad City of shopping" thanks to the slew of Upright Citizens Brigade comedians convincing you to purchase the latest mason jar speaker (yup, that's a thing).
Oh, and did we mention everything is priced below $100? Check out MikMak's '90s-inspired promotional music video below and find the app here.
Minibar
Minibar's MO is simple, but seriously in demand for any dedicated drinker (and if you live in NYC you're probably one of them): The app offers the best selections of wine, beer, and spirits from local stores, and will deliver them to your door within 30 to 60 minutes. Think about using Minibar next time you run out of PBR at that rooftop shindig--because who wants to leave a good party? Check it out.
Pacemaker
Aspring DJs, listen up! Pacemaker makes it easy to mix tracks or completely take control for a hands-on sound making experience. Pacemaker is compatible with Spotify and iTunes, and offers a beautifully designed user experience for your iPhone, iPad, and even Apple Watch. You can slice up a track, add some anticipatory white noise... The possibilties are endless--all you need is a solid pair of speakers. Catch Pacemaker here.
