"We wanted to lift people up and remind them that ordinary people can make a difference."
Microsoft celebrates equality and inclusion in its new holiday campaign.
The ad shows several ordinary people from all backgrounds reminding us that we're all not so different.
The video also features activists like transgender reality star Jazz Jennings, seven-year-old Zea Bowling, and Mona Haydar, a Muslim-American activist who invites people to "ask a Muslim."
"This year has been challenging for many and much of what we hear in the news can be negative," Microsoft said in a statement. "We wanted to lift people up and remind them that ordinary people can make a difference."
