FX has renewed the popular Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk anthology series, American Horror Story, for a seventh season set to air in 2017.
"Ryan, Brad and their team of remarkable writers have done an amazing job of keeping American Horror Story endlessly inventive, shocking and entertaining and we are honored to move ahead with them on the seventh installment," said FX CEO John Landgraf.
Co-creater Ryan Murphy teased to Entertainment Weekly that the seventh season is "narratively strange" like the current season, American Horror Story: Roanoke.
Unfortunately, we will still have to wait for the AHSsecret season, which will air sometime after the recently announced seventh season.
You can watch the current season American Horror Story: Roanoke Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
