SJP & Andy Cohen Recreate Cringeworthy Sex and the City Bisexual Scene
SJP, Cohen, and his parents hilariously impersonated the SATC gals during one of their infamous conversations about bisexuality.
On a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Sarah Jessica Parker stopped by to take some shots and play a few games. She joined the Cohens (Andy and his parents) in a rendition of one of the more cringeworthy moments from SATC.
In the original clip (which would never fly on air today), Carrie Bradshaw explains, "I'm not even sure bisexuality exists. I think it's just a layover on the way to Gaytown."
Bisexual erasure, but we still love you, SJP.
Cohen took on the role of Miranda, replying, "Isn't that right next to Ricky Martinville?"
Andy's dad took on the role of saucy Samantha, proclaiming, "I'm a try-sexual. I'll try anything once!"
And his mom played sensible Charlotte, saying, "Gay! Straight! Pick a side and stay there."
While the original scene is problematic, we still cherish SATC and bow down to our good queen SJP. Check out the cute recreation and what it was modeled after below:
