Watch: Transparent Season 3 Trailer Dazzles

In the Transparent Season 3 teaser, Maura visits a plastic surgeon and contemplates having skin flaps that develop below your chin when you age removed. Shelly gets an Instagram (@toshellandback) and accordingly begins branding herself. And all three Pfefferman children continue to struggle through adulthood, navigating romance, family life, and career.

The new clip also features beautiful illustrations of each of the main characters and concludes with a portrait of the family as a whole.

Transparent's first two seasons have been lauded with awards; it's the first show from a streaming service to win the Golden Globe for Best Series. Transparent was created by Jill Solloway.

Season 3 will premiere Sept. 23 on Amazon Prime.
