Noooo, kween!

On Thursday, Comedy Central published a press release that stated Season 5 of Broad City, set to air in early 2019, will be its last.

"Broad City has been our baby and first love for almost 10 years, since we started as a web series," said the show's co-creators and stars Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer in a joint statement. "It's been a phenomenal experience, and we've put ourselves into it completely. Broad City's always had a spontaneous pace and feeling, and ending after season five honors that spirit.

However, this is not the end of Glazer and Jacobson's partnership with Comedy Central's parent company, Viacom. In the same press release, Comedy Central announced that the duo is already working on three new TV shows for the company.

The first show, Mall Town USA, is an animated comedy about a 13-year-old girl. It is executive produced by both Jacobson and Glazer. The second is called Platinum Status and it will star Eliot Glazer, who will also executive produce with his sister, Ilana Glazer. The third show, Young Professionals, is inspired by Obama's speechwriter David Litt. This will be executive produced by both Glazer and Jacobson.

"We are very excited to bring new voices and points of view to Comedy Central and continue our collaboration together in new ways," Jacobson and Glazer said.
