Two down and two to go!
Tonight is the third episode of RuPaul's Secret Celebrity Drag Race. After a solid but sad lip sync from the season 12 queens dressed in the color purple -- ba da psh -- we are back with three new celebrities competing to win $30,000 for the charity of their choice. Add to it Untucked! which will also air tonight, and the All Stars season 5 cast list which was announced earlier today ... Fridays really are Ru's day!
Tonight, Dustin Milligan, Matt Iseman, and Alex Newell sashayed into the Werk Room for a roast! You may remember Milligan for his comedy on Schitt's Creek where he plays Ted Mullins. Iseman is also a comedian and notably won an episode of Lip Sync Battle proving that maybe he has a few things to show us. But Newell will certainly be one to keep an eye on given the fact that he is a singer, in addition to being a television actor and stage performer.
These contestants will be paired up with one of three Queen Supremes: Nina West, Kim Chi, and Bob the Drag Queen. Though quite a few fans criticized Bob's casting given that she appeared in the first episode -- which like ... is a dumb criticism or whatever -- the performer pointed out that she is a lauded comic and one of the best positioned, of all of the Drag Race alum to mentor someone else for a roast.
Contestants will compete in a mini-challenge before getting into full drag for the maxi challenge which is the roast. After the roast, the contestants will take to the Main Stage to walk the runway and compete in a lip sync.
