Reality royalty Caitlyn Jenner and her manager/partner Sophia Hutchins could be coming to Bravo very soon, according to a new report on Page Six. The news site said they were told that Caitlyn, 70, and Sophia, 24 "mutually decided to try the new reality show together, and Caitlyn is pushing for Hutchins to be cast" on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The current RHOBH cast includes Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, and Garcelle Beauvais. Denise Richards and Teddi Mellencamp both left the show, leaving open spots in the roster that could potentially be filled by Jenner and Hutchins.
While Jenner is the bigger name, it's actually Hutchins who's in talks to join the primary cast, with Caitlyn making appearances accordnig to the report. Hutchins is no slouch herself, working as Jenner's manager and starting her own business, Lumasol SPF, a sunscreen mist made to be applied after makeup. Hutchins would be the first trans "Housewife" on the show, as well as the youngest "Housewife" ever.
The two women have forged a strong partnership, living together, raising a dog together, and working together. Jenner has supported Hutchins in her business ventures, and Hutchins manages Jenner's speaking engagements, philanthropy, and other ventures. In 2018, Hutchins opened up about her relationship with Jenner, saying "I would not use the word girlfriend. I would not say we're dating. I would say we're partners."
Jenner has previously appeared on other Bravo reality shows Keeping Up With the Kardashians (which recently announced it would be ending after 20 seasons) and the rocky two season documentary series I Am Cait, which followed Jenner's life after she transitioned.
After 14 years of Kardashians on Bravo, there's a huge vacuum being left behind by the end of KUWTK. Kris Jenner was rumored to be considered for the RHOBH cast, but recently confirmed she would not be joining the show. This leaves room for Caitlyn Jenner to become Bravo's main representative from the Kardashian/Jenner clan if she joins.
Bravo has not commented on the rumors at this time.
