RuPaul is an entertainer, an Emmy winner, a drag icon, and apparently, now he's also a master of suspense!
During a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's eponymous late-night talk show, Mama Ru sat down for a kiki where he opened up about a bunch of different topics, like why he prefers Superman over Spider-Man, why he doesn't buy Christmas presents, those now-infamous crappy, bootleg Christmas ornaments, and so much more!
With the highly-anticipated 14th season of Drag Race just right around the corner, Ru also took some time to gift every (extremely lucky) viewer in Jimmy Kimmel's studio audience a candy bar, revealing more about the candy-themed "game-changing" twist that has been keeping many Drag Race stans on edge for the past few weeks.
"I brought everyone a candy bar, a RuPaul chocolate bar," Ru told Kimmel. "It is an integral part of season 14 of Drag Race. We have this sort of this Willy Wonka storyline going on in season14 where the queen..."
Unfortunately, in typical Ru fashion, he stops himself before revealing too much, putting us on the edge of our seats and forcing us to have to wait until season 14's January premiere to find out what the heck is going on.
"You don't wanna ruin the ending," Kimmel adds, before theorizing, "It's Willy Wonka themed, people are eating chocolate...does a chubby kid get pushed into a chocolate river and get pushed down a tube?"
"That's it!" Ru jokingly confirms.
We're not quite sure what it is yet, but so far, all the teasers for season 14 have mentioned that this season is going to be "game-changing," and while we're not really sure what the specifics (we DO know it has something to do with candy), we can already tell it's going to be an interesting one that is going to make the competition for the crown (and a cash prize of $100,000) even more cutthroat than it already is!
RuPaul's Drag Race season 14 will air weekly starting on Fridays, premiering January 7th at 8pm ET/PT on VH1!
