The Rose family delivered the best bit of the night!

It was an official Rose family reunion at the 73rd annual Primetime Emmy awards!

The cast of the critically-acclaimed and Emmy-winning comedy series Schitt's Creek -- Dan Levy, Eugene Levy, Annie Murphy, and Catherine O'Hara -- delivered arguably the best bit of the night while presenting the awards for Outstanding Comedy Writing and Outstanding Comedy Directing, reminding everyone in attendance (and the rest of the world, for that matter) why we love them so much!

After the Schitt's Creek stars graced the Emmy stage and got a standing ovation from the crown, the funny foursome were waiting for their cues on the teleprompter. Unfortunately, because Eugene suggested that the Emmy writers "lift" some of their lines, they ended up with nothing to say, and channeling the hilarious dynamic of the characters they play on the show, Dan, Murphy, and O'Hara let him have it.

"Why is your face being weird?" Murphy asks.

"Eugene, did you do something??" O'Hara and her knowing ways says.

"You casually told a room of comedy writers to 'lift' your dialouge?" Dan asked, visibly annoyed. "'Lift' was the word that you used?"

Considering how...uneventful...TV's biggest night was until the Roses showed up, we're so grateful the Levys, Murphy, and O'Hara could lend us their comedic genius to the Emmys and deliver us some actual entertainment for the night!
