The first season of Call Me Mother was an exciting adventure for viewers and contestants alike. Unlike other drag TV shows, the format of this competition resembles something like The Voice: a panel of coaches picks which contestants they'd like to join their "houses" and go on to coach them throughout the series.
The three Call Me Mother coaches are Peppermint (RuPaul's Drag Race season nine), Crystal (RuPaul's Drag Race UK season one), and Barbada de Barbades (Canadian drag legend). Peppermint runs the House of Dulcet, Crystal runs the House of Glass, and Barbades runs the House of Harmonie. Special mentors who will be featured in season two include Landon Cider (The Boulet Brothers' Dragula) and Farra N Hyte (the drag mother of Brooke Lynn Hytes).
Call Me Mother season two will once again be hosted by the wonderful and charismatic Dallas Dixon. This time, a total of 15 drag contestants will be competing for the show's grand prize of $25,000 (courtesy of Freddie), a year's worth of Rimmel cosmetic supplies and Wella hair products, a seven-night vacation in Mexico, and the chance to become the face of Wella at Toronto's 2023 Pride event.

The first season of Call Me Mother ended with the crowning of Toddy from Peppermint's House of Dulcet. Toddy went up against fellow finalists Kiki Coe and Valerie Hunt, but ultimately emerged as the winner.
The full cast of Call Me Mother season two includes Champagna, Imarra, Jenna Seppa, Jessie Precieuse, Justin Abit, Kingchella, Makayla Couture, Miss Shay Dee, Mya Foxx, Newfound Lad, Pepper, Phoenix Black, Seyonce Knows, Stony Mac, and Weebee. However, viewers will have to tune into the show to find out which houses they'll join.
We couldn't be more excited to watch Peppermint, Crystal, and Barbades back on our screens!
Call Me Mother season two premieres October 26 on OUTtv.
